In April, 8 of our members headed to Melbourne to swim at the Masters Swimming Australia National Championships.

We had: Nicole, Kelly, Laura, Joannna, Bel, Jim, Owen and Suzie head down to Melbourne.

As a collective group we performed outstandingly well and  finished 11th... yes you read that right 11th out of 113 clubs represented at the Championships – just missing the top 10 by 3.5 points.

Our ladies finished in 8th spot in the ladies division.

Special mention to Kelly for breaking individual state records. 

Our young 120+ relay team consisting of Bel, Kelly, Nicole and Joanna broke a state record in a relay swim.

Between our team, we won a good range of gold, silver, bronze medals, set new PB times and created wonderful memories.
