Taking one for the team at Pirates
As far as I know, just after Christmas a lot of people are usually recovering from the festivities and the last thing on their minds would be a 10km training swim. So a big thank you to Laura, Suzie, Lindsay and Kim for representing the club at the annual Seaside Pirates 100x100 challenge.
Fortunately it wasn't a requirement to complete the full 100x100 challenge. But collectively the 10km was more than completed. There was also plenty of time for catching up with people from other clubs. Including of course Lindsay's nemesis. Don't let the smiles fool you.
Unfortunately, Kim missed the team photo, as he was too busy swimming 🙂
