Long Distance Short Course Championships – Woy Woy 2026
On Sunday 19th July 2026, our members Russell, Owen, Derek, Micah, Suzie, Joanna and Donna headed to the State Long Distance Short Course Championships at Woy Woy.
As a team, we came away with an incredible 10 gold medals and 2 silver medals! 
Events ranged from the 1500m, 800m and 400m distances.

Congratulations also to Suzie on an outstanding 800m freestyle, swimming a huge PB of 12:01, smashing her previous best of 12:16. That sub-12 swim is getting so close!
Well done to all our swimmers who achieved personal bests and pushed themselves to new limits. We couldn’t be prouder!
